Out & About

This week has been awesome, as well as challenging. On Monday, Dave was able to get away in the evening and go to the Celtics/Jazz game. Dave likes the Jazz, when they are playing ANY other team than the Celtics. If it's Boston, there just isn't anything else. He got to go with one of his best friends, who had won the tickets at Christmas. The guys had fabulous seats. Dave told me that they were close enough "he could see the sweat" on the players!

It turned out to be a pretty good game. The Celtics ended up winning, but it was actually a close one. They also went to dinner at some Mediterranean place. Dave said it was alright. He was just glad to have something other than pizza or salad. :0)

On Tuesday we were able to sneak away to Cache Valley to visit the parents. First time since Thanksgiving we were in Logan/Smithfield. We had to do some things with the business before we could go; so it ended up being a short, short visit, but it was great to see our parents nevertheless.

We had lunch at Golden Corral with Dave's parents and dinner at my mom's. We sure love them all and were so glad to be able to go and see them. Logan isn't that far, but it has been ridiculously hard getting away from the business. We keep trying to move forward. I think Dave felt like we've taken a few steps back this week. Hopefully business will continue to go well though and Dave can see the progress we're making. I'm so proud of him for all that he's done thus far!!
